GLAZED MICROWAVE CITY CHICKEN 
3 tbsp. lite soy sauce
3 tbsp. dry white wine
3/4 tsp. oregano, crumbled
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
3/4 tsp. cornstarch, combine with water to make gravy with drippings

Combine soy sauce, wine, oregano, garlic and paprika. Pour over chicken in large plastic bag. Press air out; tie top securely. Turn several times to coat. Refrigerate 45 minutes. Turn bag occasionally. Remove chicken from marinade. Arrange in microwave baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Rotate dish. Microwave another 3 minutes. Let stand, covered, 3 to 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
