MICROWAVE GLAZED PECANS 
1 c. whipping cream or Pet milk
1 lb. light brown sugar
2 c. pecans halves
2 tbsp. butter at room temperature

Mix cream and brown sugar together in a 4 quart glass bowl, microwave on high (100 percent power) for 13 minutes, stirring not necessary. Candy thermometer reading should be 227 degrees, soft ball stage. Quickly add pecans and butter stirring to mix. Drop candy by teaspoon onto a sheet of foil.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
