VEGETABLE - RITZ CRACKER SALAD 
32 Ritz crackers (1 stack)
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
3 med. tomatoes, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 pt. mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Blue Plate)

Use 1 1/2 quart bowl. Layer 1/2 of Ritz crackers, crumbly in the bowl. Layer 1/2 of the vegetables (mixed). Layer 1/2 of the mayonnaise. Repeat the layering. Chill and serve.
