CHICKEN AND HOMEMADE EGG NOODLES 
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Work eggs into flour until dry (add flour as needed). Roll out thin on floured surface and let set until completely dry (several hours). Cut into strips and drop into boiling chicken broth and let cook until noodles are tender. Add lean chicken.
