BAKED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
Lawry's salt
Adolph tenderizer
1 can onion soup
1/2 can mushroom soup
Pepper
3 to 4 tbsp. sherry

Place skinned breasts in casserole having salted, peppered and tenderized both sides. Pour onion soup over all. Spread mushroom soup over (adding no water). Pour sherry over 3 to 4 tablespoons. Cover with foil. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees and remove foil and brown for 15 minutes.
