PEACH CRISP 
2 cans peaches, drained or 8-9 fresh peaches, peeled & sliced
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter, softened

Line bottom of a shallow baking dish with sliced peaches. Mix together flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and butter until coarse. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 375 degrees.
