PISTACHIO MOLD 
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
3 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
2 c. Cool Whip

Mix flour, nuts, and butter like pie dough. Press in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and powdered sugar well and spread on dough.

Mix milk and pudding and spread on top of cheese mixture. Spread Cool Whip on top of pudding; sprinkle with nuts.
