BLUEBERRY BREAKFAST CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 c. fresh blueberries

Cream sugar, butter and egg. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Fold in blueberries. Top with mixture of:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, softened

Grease 9 inch baking pan and pour in batter. Add topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
