BLUEBERRY BREAKFAST CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 1/2 c. blueberries

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour 9 inch square pan. Wash and drain berries. Mix all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl to make a batter. Fold the berries in carefully and spread it all in pan evenly.

Cut butter into topping powders, until mixture is like course crumbs. Sprinkle over the batter. Bake 25-35 minutes or until cake is done.
