BREAKFAST CHEESE CAKE 
2 lg. cans crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Spread 1 can of rolls in bottom of a 9"x13" pan. Mix together remaining ingredients. Put cheese mixture on top. Add the other can of rolls. Beat egg whites. Spread on top of the rolls. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle on top of egg whites. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
