PIZZA 
1 1/3 c. warm water
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 tbsp. salad oil
2 tsp. salt
4 1/3 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Add salad oil, salt and flour (save 1/3 cup flour) and stir until moistened. On floured surface, knead remaining flour until dough is smooth. Place in bowl and brush with salad oil and cover with towel. Let rise to double in size. Punch down, divide in half. Put topping on unbaked crust. Bake at 425 to 450 degrees for 15 minutes.

TOPPING INGREDIENTS:

1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced thin
1/2 lb. sausage, cooked like hamburger
Mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 c. canned pizza sauce
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Oregano, crushed
Olives, chopped
Bell peppers, chopped
Onions, chopped

Spread and arrange as desired.
