CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, cooked, seasoned, and cut in pieces
2 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
55 Ritz crackers
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Mix sour cream, soup, and add chicken. Crush crackers; add melted butter and poppy seeds. Layer cracker mixture and chicken mixture, beginning and ending with cracker mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees in a 2 quart 13 x 8 inch glass casserole. Freezes well.
