HAM AND BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 pkg. (11 oz.) frozen rice pilaf
2 pkg. (10 oz.) cut broccoli, frozen in cheese sauce, defrosted
2 c. cubed cooked ham
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
2 tsp. lemon juice

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare rice according to package. Layer rice, broccoli, ham and cheese in 11 x 7 inch pan. Combine mushroom soup, sour cream and lemon juice. Spoon over ingredients. Bake for 30 minutes.
