HAM AND BROCCOLI COMBO 
1 lb. cooked ham, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
1 lb. broccoli pieces, cooked al dente
1/2 c. minced onions
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. mustard

Combine ham, broccoli, onions, rice, and 1/2 cup cheese. Blend eggs, soup, and seasonings. Stir into the rice mixture. Turn into greased, shallow 2 quart casserole and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 5 more minutes. Makes 6.
