DANISH PASTRY 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. cold water

Mix above ingredients like a pie crust. Divide dough in half and roll out, making two long strips approximately 4 x 14 inches. Lay on a cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. 1 c. water

Boil above ingredients until butter melts. Take off stove and add 1 teaspoon almond flavoring and 1 cup flour; mix like a paste. Add 3 eggs one at a time, beating after each one. Divide and spread onto crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Cool and frost with powdered sugar frosting.
