2 sm. cans water chestnuts
1 lb. bacon
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
14 oz. catsup

Wrap bacon around chestnut. Divide slice in 2's. Secure with a toothpick. Place wrapped water chestnuts under broiler, brown, watch carefully. Combine brown sugar and catsup in 13"x9" cake pan. Place wrapped chestnuts in pan in oven and bake until sauce boils, or can be put in crock pot. Delicious.
