VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 qt. potatoes
1 qt. black eyed peas
1 qt. okra
1 qt. squash
1 qt. onions
2 cans corn
2 cans English peas
2 cans sliced carrots
3 c. chopped celery
1 gallon tomatoes
1 tall can tomato juice
1/2 gallon water
Jalapeno pepper
Salt to taste
2 tsp. sugar per jar

Mix in cooker, heat but do not boil. Fill jars and pressure 35 minutes at 10 pounds pressure. Makes 12 quarts.
