LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. box lime Jello
3/4 c. sm. curd cottage cheese, rinsed & drained
1/2 c. shaved carrot
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained (optional)

Prepare Jello; refrigerate until Jello starts to set. Remove from refrigerator and fold in cottage cheese, carrot and pineapple. Chill again. Cottage cheese and carrots can be increased or decreased to your own liking.
