2 center ham slices, about 1/2 inch thick
Prepared mustard
Brown sugar
Milk

Place ham slices on oblong cake pan. Spread tops with mustard. Sprinkle lightly with brown sugar. Add milk to the pan until it barely covers the ham slices. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.

NOTE: Partially cooked potatoes are delicious placed in the juice of the ham, until lightly browned.
