LEMON GELATIN SALAD 
6 oz. lemon gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can lemon pie filling
1 can crushed pineapple, drained

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add cold water, let mixture cool. Add fruits and pie filling. Keep refrigerated. May cover with whipped topping and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
