LEMON CHICKEN 
Boneless skinless breast (chicken)
1/4 c. oil
4 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. chives
1/4 c. lemon juice
Salt, pepper and lemon pepper

Brown chicken in oil on both sides (approximately 2 minutes/side). Pull chicken from pan, drain oil.

In same pan melt butter until boiling and add lemon juice mixture. Should turn opaque. Add dill and chives. Salt, pepper and lemon pepper both sides of chicken and add to pan. Turn heat to low and simmer 4 minutes. Turn chicken; simmer 4 minutes. Excess mixture can be used for dipping sauce or gravy. Best served with rice and broccoli.
