ENGLISH CHILIBURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/3 c. sliced green pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans
1 can (8 oz.) whole kernel corn
1/4 c. sliced green olives
6 English muffins, split & toasted

Brown beef in large skillet. Stir in onions and green pepper. Season with chili powder, salt and garlic salt. Cook several minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir in tomato sauce, kidney beans, corn and olives. Cook until heated, stirring occasionally.

To serve: Spoon over toasted English muffins. Top with shredded cheese.

Serves 6.
