ENGLISH COTTAGE PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
3 c. cooked creamed potatoes
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. cooking oil

Fry onion in oil until tender. Remove from frying pan and brown ground beef. Drain excess fat. Add onion, seasonings and Worcestershire sauce to meat. Let simmer for 30 minutes after adding cornstarch and 1 1/2 cups water. Place in pie dish and spread creamed potatoes on top. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
