CHUNKY EGG SALAD 
6 hard-cooked eggs, cut into big pieces
1 c. sliced celery
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients; refrigerate. Serve on greens or thick tomato slices. Garnish with 3 crumbled strips of bacon or 2 chopped stuffed olives. Yields 6 servings.
