HEARTY TUNA SALAD 
1 can (12 oz.) tuna
1 pkg. (10 oz.) green peas
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped green onions
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. toasted, slivered almonds
1 c. chow mein noodles

Drain tuna, break into large pieces. Cook peas by package directions. Cool. Add peas, celery, and onions to tuna. Combine in another bowl mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, garlic and soy sauce. Add to tuna mixture and chill. At serving time, add noodles and almonds, toss lightly. Makes 6 servings. Approximately 360 calories per serving.
