BRISKET ROAST 
1 beef brisket
Salt and pepper
1/2 can beer
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1/2 c. chile or barbecue sauce

Season roast with salt and pepper. Place in roasting pan. Cover roast with onion soup, BBQ or chile sauce and beer. Cover and cook at 325 degrees for 3 to 4 hours until tender. Baste while cooking.
