BRISKET ROAST 
4 to 6 lb. roast
1 bottle liquid smoke
2 onions, sliced
Garlic salt
Cavender seasoning
Worcestershire sauce

Wrap roast in foil after putting layers of sliced onion on bottom and top of roast. Soak in liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce. Season with garlic salt and seasoning heavily. Bake at 300 degrees for 5 hours, then cook at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
