BRISKET ROAST 
5 - 6 lb. roast
Onion salt
Celery salt
Garlic salt
3 oz. Liquid Smoke
Worcestershire sauce

Sprinkle roast with onion, garlic and celery salt. Pour Liquid Smoke over roast and marinade in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator and place in a glass dish or pan. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 275 degrees for 4 to 5 hours.
