ROAST BRISKET 
5 to 6 lb. brisket
Celery salt, onion powder & garlic powder
1 can beef consomme
1/4 c. liquid smoke
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Sprinkle with celery salt, onion powder & garlic powder Marinate overnight in 1 can of beef consomme, 1/4 cup liquid smoke, 1/4 cup of soy sauce and 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. Pour over and cover with heavy foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake 4 1/2 to 5 hours at 275 to 300 degrees. Let chill before slicing. Cut across grain. Can put cracked peppers on top and let it get hot in oven.
