BREAKFAST BRUNCH 
12 eggs
1/2 c. chopped green pepper (opt.)
1/2 c. chopped green onion
2 lg. hash brown patties, thawed
1 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. chopped ham or Spam

Beat eggs, mix in pepper, onion and add crumbled hash browns, milk. Add cheese and ham. Put in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. This can also be made the night before and baked in the morning.
