CARROTS 
2 lb. cut carrots
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can French fried onions
salt and pepper

Cook carrots until tender. Mix and add soup and Cheez Whiz in pan. Heat until melted. Put carrots in casserole. Pour melted soup and cheese mix over carrots.

Bake until bubbly. Add French onions on top.

Bake until brown in 350°F oven.
