SKEETER'S BAKED RAVIOLI 
1 (48 oz.) bag frozen ravioli (I like sausage-stuffed the best)
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (Mid's Homestyle if you can find it)
1 cup water
Parmesan cheese
crushed red pepper
parsley or cilantro
garlic powder

In a mixing bowl, mix spaghetti sauce with water and blend until smooth. The extra water will be absorbed by the ravioli as they cook.

Spread a small amount of sauce in the bottom of a casserole dish. Next, add a layer of ravioli and spoon on some more sauce. Sprinkle with cheese, red pepper, parsley or cilantro and garlic powder. Repeat process, adding two more layers (about 30 ravioli).

Cover with lid or aluminum foil and bake in a 325°F oven for 1 1/2 hours. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before serving.
