SUNSHINE PASTA SALAD 
1 can chunk pineapple
4 c. cooked spirals
2 c. cooked broccoli tips
1 c. frozen peas, thawed
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1/3 c. diced pimiento or red bell pepper

Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid for Spring Dressing. Combine all ingredients. Toss with Spring Dressing. Chill 1 hour.

SPRING DRESSING:

2 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 clove garlic, pressed
3/4 c. salad oil
1/3 c. white wine vinegar
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. fresh basil (or 1/2 tsp. dried)
Salt & pepper to taste

Process or blend ingredients.
