MARSHMALLOW LOG 
1 pkg. graham crackers
1 lb. marshmallows, cut in quarters
1/2 to 1 lb. chopped nuts
1 jar cherries, cut in quarters
1 lb. dates (cut up) 8 oz. box
1/2 c. canned evaporated milk
Coconut

In large bowl mix all ingredients until well blended. Separate into 8 equal size balls. Roll into shape of rolling pin, then roll into coconut on wax paper. Wrap well and refrigerate or can freeze.
