SAUSAGE & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
1 pkg. Campbell's chicken noodle soup mix
3 c. water
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 lb. roll of sausage (mild or hot)
Cheese for topping

Combine water, soup mix and rice in saucepan and cook for five minutes. Combine sausage, bell pepper and onion in frying pan and cook until done; drain. In casserole dish, combine rice mixture and sausage mixture together and cook in oven for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt cheese on top and serve.
