TEX MEX PIZZA 
2 pizza crusts
1 jar (16 oz.) mild, med or hot taco sauce
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage, browned and drained
1 c. finely chopped red onion
2 cans (4 oz. each) diced green chilies, drained
6 oz. each Colby and Monterey Jack cheese shredded or 12 oz. Co-Jack cheese

Spread taco sauce on crust. Top with sausage, red onion and green chilies. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
