TINY MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 egg slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk

Mix together and shape into small balls and put in shallow pan. Dredge with 1/4 cup vegetable oil.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. While bake prepare sauce.

Sauce for Meatballs:

2 cups tomato juice
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 cup water

Stir all ingredients together until smooth. Remove meatballs from oven. Drain off oil and add sauce.

Bake for 45 minutes longer.
