BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lg. bunch of broccoli

For this salad use flowers only broken into bite size pieces

1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. golden raisins
1 c. salted peanuts

Toss the above together, then about an hour before serving add; mixed together:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
