CHINESE PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. round steak
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. garlic
1-2 green peppers, sliced
2/3 c. beef stock
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. soy sauce
Hot cooked rice

Cut steak into strips. Heat oil in fry pan over medium heat. Add garlic to oil. Add meat and stir-fry until meat starts to brown. Mix in green pepper, salt and black pepper. Cook over medium heat about 3 minutes, stir constantly.

Blend cornstarch with stock and soy sauce. Stir mixture into fry pan; bring to boil and cook until liquid is thick. Serve over rice.
