TACO SALAD 
1 bag Fritos
1 head of lettuce, chopped
2 to 3 tomatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. chop meat
1 (16 oz.) sm. red goya kidney beans, drained
1 env. Ranch dressing

Brown chop meat, drain and place on bottom of bowl. Mix together lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cheese and beans; let chill. Make Ranch dressing and chill. Just before serving, add crunched up Fritos and Ranch dressing, mix all together.
