ix in large bowl by hand:

3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
Sift dry ingredients together. Make a hole in the center.

dd:

2 10 oz. packages frozen strawberries, thawed
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs well beaten
1 tsp. food coloring

Pour into loaf pans and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

TOPPING:

Reserve 1/2 c. strawberry juice
1 8 oz. package Cream cheese

Mix. Excellent and moist.
