STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. oil

Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Make a hole in the center. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour into dry mixture. Stir until moistened. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.

STRAWBERRY BUTTER:

1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped strawberries

Mix in food processor or blender. Whip until light and fluffy. Yields 1 1/4 cups. Delicious on bread, toast, pancakes, etc.
