SPINACH DIP 
Knorr brand vegetable soup mix
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3 scallions, chopped
1 box frozen chopped spinach

Thaw spinach and squeeze out all excess water. Mix spinach, dry soup mix, cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and scallions together. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with chips, vegetables or pieces of French bread.
