ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. Mapeline
2 c. shredded zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. toasted wheat germ
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. sesame seeds

Beat eggs; add oil. Blend. Add sugars and Mapeline. Continue beating until thick and foamy. Set aside. Combine dry ingredients. Stir into egg mixture the zucchini, then stir in the dry ingredients. Add the sesame seeds and blend. Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
