JELLO CAKE 
1 white cake mix
2 (3 oz.) boxes Jello gelatin (any flavor)
2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed

Prepare cake mix as directed on package, baking in 2 (8") layer pans. Cool.

Meanwhile, with a fork, prick 1/2" into the cakes. Dissolve each flavor of gelatin separately in 1 cup of boiling water. Carefully pour over 1 cake layer, then the same to the other layer. Chill 3 to 4 hours. Top with Cool Whip and serve. May be served with berries also. I use strawberry, raspberry or strawberry banana Jello.
