SMOKED SALMON LOG 
1 (16 oz.) can red salmon
1 (18 oz.) pkg. Neufchatel cheese
1/8 tsp. liquid smoke or Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. toasted sunflower seeds
3 tbsp. parsley

Combine salmon, cheese, liquid smoke, onion and garlic in mixing bowl. Shape into log and roll in mixture of seeds and parsley. Roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours. Serve with whole wheat crackers.
