TURKEY LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
1 pod garlic
2 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. basil
1 can tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. cottage cheese
1 c. Parmesan cheese
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 lb. Mozzarella
Lasagna noodles

Brown meat; drain fat, add water, garlic, basil, salt (1 1/2 teaspoons), tomato paste; simmer 30 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, eggs, salt (1 teaspoon) and pepper; set aside.

Cook noodles according to directions on package. In bottom of 13" x 9 1/2" pan, alternate layers of 1/2 noodles, cheese mixture, meat mixture and then Mozzarella (grated), then repeat with other half. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
