BANANA NUT BREAD | |
3/4 c. butter 2 eggs 1/2 c. sour milk (1 tsp. vinegar in milk) 1 1/4 c. sugar 1 c. mashed overripe bananas 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 3/4 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. chopped pecans Cream sugar with butter. Add in eggs and vanilla; blend. Add milk and bananas. Sift dry ingredients and add to batter. Add 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. |
