2 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut fine, cook
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks
Vanilla
1/2 c. sweet or sour cream

Boil this mixture and cool slightly. Put in pie shell. Use egg whites for meringue.
