3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Done when toothpick, comes out clean.
